The only titles that can not be granted are King and Queen. These titles can be granted to Sims under the pie menu. When a title is granted you will see a notification and there are buffs for both Sims. Go too MC > MC CAS > Blacklist Traits > Personality Traits and select King/Queen. MCCC has a feature that allows you to blacklist traits. Helpful Tip: If you do not want other Sims in your world to get the King or Queen trait. The only time it can’t be used is when a Sim is King or Queen greeting their spouse. All Sims in the Royal Family can use this interaction. Both Sims will receive a sentiment about respecting or being impressed with each other if the interaction succeeds. You can only greet the King or Queen and a King/Queen will not use this interaction as they do not bow to Monarchs. To find this career Freelancer > Royal Family Trade > this will allow your Sim to select Royal duties to complete. It’s found under the Freelancer Career menu.
The second step is to apply the Career to your Sim. Here is the pie menu you should see when you click other Sims! You can find the King/Queen traits here! Once your Sim has the trait you will see the Royal Family Pie menu below. Go into Create-A-Sim and apply the trait.
